1. Halnn Superhard pcbn inserts BN-H11 and BN-H20 process Hardened Steel Materials Parts
The working conditions of processing Automotive Gears and Gear Shaft are different, so it needs to choose different model numbers cutting tools. As below:

(1) For Continuous turning condition, we recommend to select PCBN Inserts BN-H11 and BN-H10;

(2) For Semi-intermittent turning condition, we recommend to select PCBN Inserts BN-H20;

(3) For heavy interrupted turning condition, we recommend to select PCBN inserts BN-H21

Gray cast iron has better shock absorption and reduces the wear, such as automotive parts brakes and brake drum. In order to obtain work piece surface finish, Halnn recommend solid cbn inserts BN-S30 and BNK30 process brakes disc, brake drums parts, surface finish can be achieved Ra0.6.
