1. The common casting problems of the cast iron in the casting process
Gray cast iron production process include melting casting, modeling core, sand processing, etc., which will result in casting defects, it also include sand quality except above defects.
It will cause stomata, sticky sand, sand, trachoma, iron beans (small holes in the stomata) problems in the sand process.
It will cause stomatal, shrinkage, hot/cold crack, slag ect smelting pouring process problems in the Smelting pouring process.
