Specific for hard turning process, most customers use international cbn insert, the price and each production cost will be high. In order to meet the customers’ requirements, Halnn researched new cbn inserts grades with good performance for their application. They are BN-H10 and BN-H21 PCBN Insert, not only has excellent heat-resistance and other performance, but also improve the tool life. And they have been accept by most customers.
BN-H10 and BN-H21 can be used for hard turning hardened steel with continuous turning, semi-interrupt turning condition and interrupt turning condition.
